As the MMA promotion continues its global expansion, The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has announced a new partnership with DAZN Bet

It builds on the existing broadcasting deal between DAZN and the PFL as the promotion prepares for its key European shows following a successful event in Newcastle this weekend.

As part of the agreement, DAZN Bet will get exposure on PFL’s in-stadia and media assets throughout the season, with the DAZN Bet logo appearing on the canvas across all four events.

Pete Murray, PFL CEO, commented: “We are delighted to add DAZN Bet as an official partner for PFL Europe. With DAZN Bet, we get an innovative and dynamic partner, that aligns with PFL’s values and is committed to growing MMA globally through its premium bookmaking products.’’

The deal means DAZN Bet becomes one of PFL Europe’s premium sponsors, creating bespoke and original content, innovative products and a unique overall experience for MMA fans across multiple territories in Europe.

“During their short time in the market DAZN Bet has already proven to be hugely innovative in the betting space,’’ said James Frewin, PFL SVP of International. ‘’This, along with their clear strategic positioning, is why we’re so pleased to be working with them on PFL Europe, as we continue to expand our relationship with DAZN’.

Mark Kemp, CEO of DAZN Bet, added: “It’s great to be partnering with PFL Europe, especially ahead of their first show this Saturday, March 25 in Newcastle. As Europe’s first MMA league, they clearly share DAZN Bet’s vision for putting innovation at the heart of what they do and we look forward to working together for PFL Europe’s inaugural season.”

PFL Europe Regular Season events will take place from the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle (England) on March 25 and the Verti Music Hall in Berlin (Germany) on July 8.

The winners of each Regular Season event will advance to the 2023 PFL Europe Play-off at the Zenith in Paris (France) on September 30 and four PFL Europe Champions will be crowned at the 3Arena in Dublin (Ireland) on December 8.
