Newcastle United will host all of its pre-season games this summer on the direct-to-consumer streaming platform Endeavour Streaming

Fans of the Premier League club will be able to stream and watch live pre-season friendlies in full, whilst also being able to access exclusive content such as player interviews, highlights and original documentaries.

All pre-season games will be available to stream via pay-per-view, with The Mags and Mags+ members receiving exclusive discounts on the Pre-Season Match Pass.

Dan Ginger, Director of Brand, Marketing and Digital Media at Newcastle United, said: “The implementation of Endeavor Streaming is another step forward in our commitment to bringing fans closer to the club, providing an unparalleled digital experience, ensuring our supporters have seamless access to exclusive content and live matches.

“We are excited about the possibilities this collaboration brings and look forward to engaging with our global fanbase in new and dynamic ways.”

Newcastle’s pre-season coverage on Endeavour Streaming starts with a friendly against Hull City on 27 July before heading for a tour of Japan.

The Magpies will play against the Urawa Red Diamonds on 31 July and Yokohama F Marinos on 3 August, before heading back to St. James’ Park to play Spanish club Girona FC. Newcastle will cap off its pre-season games with a Sela Cup Final game against Stade Brestois on 10 August.

Endeavor Streaming’s Vesper platform will support Newcastle games via its end-to-end streaming solution that enables leagues, rights holders and media properties to build upon and deliver direct-to-consumer streaming experiences for fans.

The collaboration leverages Endeavor Streaming’s experience in delivering direct-to-consumer streaming offerings for some of the world’s biggest football clubs and leagues, including Tottenham Hotspur, Feyenoord, UEFA, and the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

Fred Santarpia, President at Endeavor Streaming, added: “Football fans are some of the most passionate, engaged fans in the world and Endeavor Streaming has established itself as a key strategic partner in clubs’ audience engagement strategy.

“We’re proud to work with Newcastle United to bring its global fan base even more live action, exclusive content and personalised experiences, to help build deeper, more meaningful relationships.”
