Sportradar has strengthened its relationship with the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF), announcing the renewal and extension of its exclusive integrity partnership for three further years with the newly-created Liga Reveleção now part of the agreement.

As part of the existing partnership with the FPF, Sportradar Integrity Services already monitored the third-tier Campeonato de Portugal football division, the first and second rounds of the Taça de Portugal and the Liga Sportzone Futsal division. All three were monitored in order to protect the competitions from betting related match-fixing.

The extension of the partnership now means the Liga Reveleção, a brand-new under-23 football division for the country’s brightest up-and-coming talent, will also now benefit from Sportradar’s renowned integrity services.

Andreas Krannich, Executive Director of Sportradar’s Integrity Services, commented on the new deal: “Our relationship with the FPF in the last three years has demonstrated its continued commitment to the integrity of Portuguese football. We are happy to extend this partnership, which now includes the monitoring of games for the new under-23 competition, the Liga Reveleção.”

The FPF is the governing body of football in Portugal and has worked with Sportradar Integrity Services since 2017.

The FPF organises the Campeonato Nacional de Seniores, the Taça de Portugal, the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira, youth levels, women’s football, beach soccer, futsal, and also the men’s and the women’s national football teams.
