The Australian Grand Prix has named Rolex as the title partner of the competition, which is taking place at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit from 30 March – 2 April 2023.
The deal with the Swiss watchmakers means that the event’s title is officially called the Formula One Rolex Australia Grand Prix 2023.
Australian Grand Prix Corporation CEO, Andrew Westacott, noted: “Given the brand’s previous eight-year partnership with the Australian Grand Prix, we’re thrilled to welcome Rolex back as Title Partner for the Formula One Australian Grand Prix in 2023.”
Rolex has previously held these naming rights between 2013 and 2020, and continues a close affiliation with the sport as the global partner, official timekeeper and timepiece of Formula One.
Westacott continued: “Rolex has long been synonymous with Formula One, and we look forward to partnering with such an iconic brand to create incredible experiences at Albert Park.”
“After an outstanding return in 2022, we’re set for an even better world-class event in 2023. Fans will be treated to four days of the very best in motorsport, entertainment and hospitality, and we can’t wait to welcome them back to the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit.”
