UFC touches gloves with bet365 for a third consecutive year

Stake’s UFC links strengthened further with Alex Pereira

UFC has extended its partnership with online sports betting firm bet365 for a third consecutive year in the UK and Ireland.

As part of the renewed deal, bet365 will give UFC fans a new ‘Bet Builder’ experience that offers customisable bets from multiple markets. Sports data supplier IMG Arena, also a UFC partner, will supply the bet365 app and website with additional features.

The deal extension with UFC will also allow bet365 to keep producing its YouTube ‘One on One’ series, where UFC commentator Laura Sanko provides comments on exclusive UFC and MMA content.

A spokesperson for bet365 said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with UFC for a third consecutive year. 2023 will be our biggest and most exciting year yet for our customers, with the launch of two new enhancements to our UFC betting experience.

“From UFC 290: VOLKANOVSKI vs RODRIGUEZ this weekend, our customers will be able to bet on UFC via our market-leading Bet Builder product, and existing customers will also be offered live streaming for UFC events as an in-app feature.’’

UFC returns to London and the O2 arena this July, with the bet365 branding receiving extra visibility at the venue as heavyweights Tom Aspinall and Marcin Tybura go against each other.

Nicholas Smith, UFC Vice President of Global Partnerships, added: “bet365 have been such a great partner over the years. Not only are they invested in growing the sport of MMA by creating bespoke and educational content, but they share UFC’s vision of innovation and creativity to deliver fans and customers the best experience possible. We look forward to growing and expanding this partnership for years to come.”
