The Vegas Golden Knights, one of the newest teams in the National Hockey League (NHL), has renewed its flagship betting partnership.
BetMGM will continue as the team’s official betting partner in a deal which will run to the 2026/27 season. Caveats include BetMGM retaining signage throughout the Knights’ T Mobile Arena home venue.
Additional arrangements cover fan engagement, with the duo offering watch parties and activations at the Toshiba Plaza, a dining and entertainment centre attached to the T Mobile Arena.
“BetMGM is a long-standing partner with the Golden Knights and a brand synonymous with this great city,” said Vegas Golden Knights President and CEO, Kerry Bubolz.
“We look forward to continue working together on events and activities that we know will entertain our fans.”
BetMGM is the third largest US online sportsbook by market share, having built up a huge customer-base via its product offering supported by an extensive marketing campaign. This has, as with many other US sportsbooks, focused heavily on sports partnerships.
The firm’s deal with the Golden Knights comes just under a year after it renewed its arrangement with the NHL, having become the league’s first sports betting partner in the US and later expanding the agreement to include Canada.
Lance Evans, SVP Sports and Sponsorships, MGM Resorts, added: “The Vegas Golden Knights play a core role in the Las Vegas sports and entertainment experience and it’s a privilege to welcome both local and visiting fans to our properties before, during and after games.
“Together with BetMGM, we look forward to co-hosting events that will allow guests to engage with their favourite teams in new and exciting ways.”
