The upcoming World Heavyweight Championship fight between Tyson Fury and Derek Chisora at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has secured Betfred as a main sponsor.

Taking place 3 December 2022, the British bookmaker’s sponsorship of the clash was announced by promotions company Frank Warren and Queensberry.

Betfred Founder, Fred Done, commented on the deal: “I am delighted to be the title sponsor of this WBC World Heavyweight Championship fight.

“It is the heavyweight division that really captures the attention of both the public and punters alike and I am really looking forward to another great battle between Fury and Chisora at the fantastic Tottenham Hotspur stadium.”

The WBC and Lineal heavyweight champion defends his titles against long-standing rival Chisora live on BT Box Office in the UK and Ireland, and ESPN+ in America, with the fight also being broadcasted across several other territories.

Over 60,000 fans will be in attendance for Fury’s third defence of his WBC belt at the new home of Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Fury has recently inked an agreement to become a sponsor of Morecambe FC. In this deal, his brand appears on the Sky Bet League One club’s home and away playing shorts over the 2022/23 season.
