Not only has West Ham United been active in the transfer window this summer, the club has also been busy tieing up sponsorship deals before the upcoming Premier League season.
The Hammers revealed it has extended its partnerships with P1 Travel and EVA Air, with the former remaining as the club’s official ticket and hospitality partner, while the latter retains its position as its official airline partner.
P1 Travel has been a partnering sponsor of West Ham since the 2021/22 season, providing exclusive benefits to its international fanbase. The ticketing platform has supplied tickets to West Ham fans for tennis, rugby, concerts and festivals as part of the deal.
West Ham and P1 Travel intend to continue to provide fans with unique experiences and offer flexible services to fans for cultural and sporting events.
Ludo Hermans, Founder of P1 Travel, said: “We are absolutely thrilled with the extension of the partnership with West Ham United. This shows the intentions of both sides to make sure that fans from all over the world have a great day at the London Stadium.
“We always look for opportunities to optimise the quality of the fan experience and this is exactly where P1 Travel and West Ham United meet in values.”
For EVA Air, the Taiwan airline will look to continue to build on the six-year relationship it has forged with West Ham, which began in the 2018/19 season.
The official airline partner has worked with the club to enable fans to gain flight offers and ticket giveaways to EVA Airline destinations. EVA Air will continue to advertise its daily flights through West Ham United’s matchday advertising inventory and engage with its growing global fan base.
Sarah Wu, General Manager at EVA Air, stated: “We are delighted to announce the continuation of our partnership with West Ham United.
“The football club’s continued success enables EVA Air to increase brand awareness through high profile activations including events, marketing campaigns, offers, promotions, giveaways, advertising, fan experiences and engaging player content. We look forward to the next season and thank the club for their continued success and support of EVA Air.”
