SD Eibar of LaLiga 2 has signed an agreement for architectural solutions company, Eibho, to become the main sponsor of its first team. 

Kicking off this weekend when the club take on Ponferradina at home, the partnership will see the Zaldibar-based brand visible on the front of the men’s first team shirts.

Amaia Gorostiza, President of SD Eibar, said: “We are very similar in values. We are local companies, relatively small but with global thoughts and future projections. This collaboration can be very fruitful for both parties and we are delighted to have our names together.”

The deal covers the 2022-2023 season, whilst also marking the first shirt sponsorship for the the second-division side  since March 2021.

“it is a very important agreement,” added Asier Sacedo, CEO of Eibho. “We are very excited about this new stage that we are beginning. 

“Being able to unite our brand with that of SD Eibar is going to be very important since we share many values ​​such as teamwork, dedication, effort, trying to do things in a different way to be different.”

The team currently sit seventh in the Segunda División following a draw against Villarreal and a win over Teneriffe.
