New Balance (NB) has revealed that it has extended its kit-supplying partnership with FC Porto.

Coming off the back of several expired high-profile deals like the ones with Liverpool, AS Roma and Sevilla, in its partnership extension with FC Porto NB will gain the naming rights to the club’s training ground, which will be called “New Balance Park” starting from 2024.

More details around the deal reveal that Spaniard Toni Martínez will maintain his role as a Team New Balance Athlete, with NB also signing some promising players from Porto’s youth academy to support them throughout their journey to the first team.

The partnership with FC Porto is one the longest in NB’s history, taking it to over 10 years thanks to the new contract. The club has also gone to claim 10 titles in the period since signing with NB.

Besides its partnership with FC Porto, NB is also currently present in France where it renewed its kit supplier contract with Lille OSC in 2021. The deal with the Ligue 1 club will conclude at the end of the 2023/24 season.
