Former Wales international and Premier League star Gareth Bale has joined SBOTOP as a brand ambassador.

The international betting operator, owned by Isle of Man-based enterprise Celton Manx Ltd, intends to leverage the former Tottenham Hotspur andReal Madrid player to engage with existing customers and reach new audiences.

Bale remarked: “I’m thrilled to be joining the SBOTOP family. I look forward to working closely with the team at SBOTOP to engage with fans and make this partnership a memorable one and also help enhance SBOTOP’s values which are based on trust and value.

“It is an unbelievable year of sport ahead and SBOTOP has some fantastic plans for me to get involved with.”

SBOTOP is no stranger to Premier League sponsorship. The company has counted Leeds United as a previous partner in the English top-flight, and following the West Yorkshire club’s relegation last year, signed a new deal with Fulham FC for continued visibility.

In a joint interview with Insider Sport and SBC News following the Fulham partnership, SBOTOP and Celton Manx CEO, Bill Mummery, discussed the intricacies of Premier League sponsorship in the context of the forthcoming 2026 front-of-shirt sponsorship withdrawal.

On Bale’s addition to the firms’ sponsorship portfolio, Mummery said: “SBOTOP is absolutely thrilled to team up with Gareth Bale and we welcome him to the SBOTOP Group.

“I am confident this collaboration will further strengthen the premier position that SBOTOP has built in the sports betting industry based upon trust and value.”
