Aston Villa TV presenter Kate Tracey has become an official UK brand ambassador for the sports betting brand Betano

In her role, Tracey will leverage her presenting skills and sports knowledge to deliver exclusive content and competitions for UK sports fans. She has already posted a video sharing her insights on the recent dismissal of Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

Commenting on her new role, Tracey said: “I’m really looking forward to working with Betano. I can’t wait to bring their UK customers behind the scenes at some fantastic events, share my insights on the big moments, and offer them exclusive rewards through engaging competitions that they won’t find anywhere else.”

Tracey is a sports journalist with experience across horse racing, football, and various other sports. She currently serves as a presenter for Sky Sports Racing and hosts on Aston Villa TV, the Premier League club’s streaming and on-demand platform.

Pablo Puertas, Marketing Director at Betano, remarked: “Kate is a natural fit for Betano in the UK market. Her passion for sports, deep connection with Aston Villa FC, and experience across the sporting world align perfectly with the Betano brand. We’re looking forward to utilising her expertise to engage our audience around some of the most iconic events in the sporting calendar.”

The clear connection between Betano and its new ambassador is Aston Villa, as the betting brand serves as the club’s front-of-shirt sponsor. Earlier this year, Tracey hosted an event at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground, where the press gathered to celebrate the sponsorship agreement between the two organisations.

Betano, owned by Kaizen Gaming, has recently expanded its sponsorship strategy. The brand already has established partnerships in the football world, including agreements with clubs like Sporting CP and various deals in South America.

The brand raised its profile last summer by becoming the first gambling sponsor to secure a deal with UEFA for the European Championships, as well as reaching an agreement for the Copa America. Most recently, it bolstered its presence by signing a deal with UEFA for the Europa Conference League.

Following the end of summer, Insider Sport interviewed Tomasz Majewski, Head of Sponsorships at Kaizen Gaming, to discuss the brand’s accomplishments during the two tournaments.
