McLaren Racing has agreed a mutli-year partnership with Greene Tweed to become the Formula 1 team’s official partner.

Greene Tweede, a global manufacturer of high-performance components and advanced materials, will equip McLaren with resilient materials designed to address complex challenges the team may face throughout the upcoming F1 season.

Both the McLaren Racing team and the Arrow McLaren IndyCar team will benefit from Greene Tweede manufacturing and work alongside one another to cross-collaborate on sessions focused on furthering the innovation within both their solutions.

Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Greene Tweed to the McLaren Racing family. Their expertise in delivering innovative and resilient solutions to complex challenges strongly aligns with our continued pursuit of high performance and marginal gains.”

Greene Tweede branding will feature on both McLaren and Arrow McLaren IndyCar race cars throughout the 2025 season and beyond.

Prior to the new agreement, McLarena and Greene Tweede collaborated on developing advanced material solutions for the last four years, with the latter supplying the F1 team.

Allon Bloch, Chairman of Greene Tweed, added: “This collaboration is the perfect match of our two organizations’ deep commitment to excellence, and a thrilling representation of what it means to operate in extreme, ‘when it can’t fail’ environments.

“Both companies know how to continually push for new levels of performance and reliability, and we are excited to take that to the next level together.”

McLaren has seen extensive success within the commercialisation of its brand, securing high-profile sponsorship deals with Mastercard, T-Mobile and Optimum Nutrition last year.

Greene Tweede will now become the latest McLaren partner to join them at the pitstop ahead of the start of the 2025 F1 season, which starts with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on 14-16 March.
