Inter Miami are gearing up for the MLS season off the pitch as the club has confirmed the renewal of 10 key sponsorships.
The David Beckham-owned football club is looking to strengthen its commercial viability and brand itself as one of North American sports’ most attractive clubs to be associated with.
Each of the 10 sponsoring partners all encompass different market segments that Inter Miami are looking to enhance its brand in, whether that its community-driven sectors such as the Baptist Health renewal, which sees the Florida hospital receive naming rights for Inter Miami’s training ground.
Alongside other local sponsorship agreements, such as Publix and Le Méridien Dania Beach, Inter Miami has focused on building relationships with Miami and Fort Lauderdale-based companies to grow a closer connection to its fans in the area.
In a bid to enhance its brand globally, Inter Miami has also secured sponsorship extensions with the likes of Heineken, Acronis iPower Technologies and Brightline.
As the official beer partner of Inter Miami, Heineken will continue to host matchday experiences outside Chase Stadium with fan activations and fan-focused events, also receiving branding across the stadium.
With Brightline, the partnership focuses on providing environmentally friendly solutions for travel to-and-from Inter Miami games. The free ‘GOOOL Getter’ shuttle trains will continue to be provided to fans for matchdays.
Furthermore, iPower Technologies will continue to be the official cybersecurity partner of Inter Miami. The company will lend Acronis’ cybersecurity and data protection solutions to protect the club’s digital channels and infrastructure.
Speaking on the mass sponsorship renewals and agreements, Euan Warren, Inter Miami VP of Partnerships, said: “We are thrilled to announce these ten renewals with key strategic partners of the club.
“This showcases our partners’ commitment to continuing in line with the significant growth of the club, as we embark on a historical final celebration year at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, together.”
