AC Milan has announced a partnership with Hally & Son which sees the eyewear brand become the official fashion eyewear partner of the Rossoneri club.
The brand, owned by Avm1959 SpA, will gain recognition through the Serie A team, whilst the pair have outlined their ambitions to bring together ‘style and elegance’, together with ‘innovation and passion’.
Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer of AC Milan, commented: “Today marks the beginning of a path that binds two brands that are able to represent Italian style in the world very well.
“We are very proud to welcome Avm1959, and in particular to an icon of Italian eyewear like Hally & Son, within the Rossoneri family.”
Last month, the newly crowned champions of the league overlooked a definitive agreement which saw RedBird Capital Partners and Elliott Advisors UK Limited acquire the club.
The deal, which valued the club at €1.2 billion, now sees Elliott retain a minority financial interest in the club and seats on the Board of Directors, solidifying a partnership that looks to ‘continue the progress’ made under the firm’s stewardship over the last four years.
“Milan perfectly represents the winning mentality and the continuous drive for innovation that has made them the best export product of Italian football over the decades,” added Jacopo Romano, CEO of Avm1959 SpA, on its deal with the top-flight football team.
“The results of last season once again demonstrate how we can reach the pinnacle by redesigning first the operating model, as a Milanese and a Milanista I am extremely proud to associate Hally & Son with this extraordinary club.”
