The Saudi Pro League (SPL) has extended its partnership with Samsung to last until the duration of the 2024/25 season. 

Samsung will remain a gold partner of the Saudi football league that continues to pursue new growth avenues after attracting the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Neymar Jr. to the league. 

The agreement was formally signed on 17 February at a ceremony attended by Mohammed Basrawi, SPL General Manager of Marketing and Communications, and Sami Khairalla, Country Senior Director for Mobiles SamsungElectronics Saudi Arabia.

“We are excited to welcome Samsung as a Gold Partner of the Saudi Pro League,” said Basrawi. “This partnership reflects our commitment to working with global industry leaders to enhance the league’s growth and deliver the latest in technological innovation.

“We look forward to a successful collaboration that will bring new experiences to the SPL and its fans.”

Samsung will continue to be a technology partner of the SPL and provide the league with technologies that will elevate the fan experience. 

The global technology company will also leverage SPL’s standing as one of the most popular sports competitions in Saudi Arabia to promote its visibility across the country through the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
