Atalanta B.C has signed a three-year partnership with RadiciGroup in which the Italian corporation‘s logo will be featured on the club’s home shirts, above the heart, for the domestic calendar.

As a result of the placement, Atalanta has named RadiciGroup as its official ‘heart sponsor’ with the logo position to the left of the club crest. Moreover, the partnership has specified that the logo will only appear on Atalanta’s home shirts for the Serie A and the Coppa Italia.

Maurizio Radici, vice president of RadiciGroup, stated: “A three-year renewal of our partnership with the Nerazzurri club is based on strongly shared values and great care for our territory, which drives us to keep performing better and better, so as to become appreciated on a global level.”

“We feel as if we are truly the heart sponsor of Atalanta. We are two important organisations in the Province of Bergamo that have tried to team up to strengthen the common values we believe in. Four years ago, this bond led us to support the team in its Europa League adventure.

“We are thus especially proud to continue to stand together with Atalanta, the team of the city of Bergamo and its province, where our Group was founded over 75 years ago and which is still the heart of our worldwide presence today.”

Previously, RadiciGroup had held the title of Atalanta’s front-of-shirt sponsor. Last month, however, it was announced that the club had signed a multi-year partnership with technology platform Plus500 to replace the chemicals company.

“Our relationship with RadiciGroup is really more than a partnership,” added Luca Percassi, managing director of Atalanta B.C. “The values that distinguish our collaboration are not only important, but, above all, the result of our mutual desire to form a team and best represent Bergamo and all of its Province.

“In these past few seasons, Atalanta has reached many incredible goals, growing and acquiring valuable experience. These successes have also been achieved thanks to RadiciGroup, which believed, and continues to believe, in the Atalanta team. And that is something we can only be proud of.”

Insider Insight: This partnership continues the strong relationship that has been built between RadiciGroup and Atalanta over the years while also providing the club with added commercial revenue ahead of its upcoming Serie A campaign. Additionally, the agreement adds yet another reputable commercial partner to its growing portfolio.
