UFC interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall has become an ambassador for SPRIBE, a software developer specialising in casino gaming.
Aspinall joins fellow UFC athletes and SPRIBE ambassadors Alex Pereira, Johnny Walker and Merab Dvalishvili. The Manchester-born fighter will take part in several campaigns, aiming to promote the firm’s popular casino crash game, Aviator.
“Taking flight in Aviator is just as thrilling as stepping into the Octagon on fight night so I’m excited for my fans to experience what the game has to offer,” Aspinall said.
“The team at SPRIBE have some great campaigns planned for the coming months which I’m excited to be a part of as we work together to ensure that Aviator really takes flight.”
This agreement comes as Aspinall is actively defending his title and looking to solidify his place as one of the best MMA athletes in recent years. SPRIBE noted that his championship mindset aligns with Aviator’s “commitment to working with the best”.
David Natroshvili, Founder and CEO at SPRIBE, added: “Tom is one of the toughest and most celebrated fighters in the UFC right now and we are excited for him to join our ranks as an Aviator ambassador.
“He has a large and loyal fanbase that we are certain will love the thrills that Aviator provides and look forward to working with Tom on a number of campaigns over the coming 12 months.”
TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of UFC and WWE, signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with SPRIBE in January. The agreement placed the Aviator logo on the Octagon canvas at every UFC event worldwide and promised co-branded campaigns such as this one.
Prior to the January deal, UFC previously partnered with the igaming company in 2023. This agreement, similar to the recent one, featured the SPRIBE logo at select UFC Pay-Per-Views and Fight Nights.
Natroshvili concluded: “These brand ambassador deals, and our partnership with the UFC and other sports franchises, show our commitment to ensuring Aviator remains the number one crash game on the planet and that as many people as possible get to play it.”
