Pittsburgh Penguins has announced Bold Penguin, an insurance technology provider, as its official helmet partner starting from the 2021/22 season.

The Bold Penguin logo is to be featured on the helmets for all home games during regular season and playoffs. The theme-fitting black and gold logo, which includes a penguin, will be located on both sides of each helmet.

Penguins’ President and CEO, David Morehouse, stated: “Both the Penguins and Bold Penguin believe in a winning culture that starts with hard work, innovation and speed.

“This relationship will create added exposure for Bold Penguin to millions of fans through viewership, social media followers across the world – and especially our loyal fans at home at PPG Paints Arena.”

Penguins, along with Arizona Coyotes, announced their former helmet partnerships with PGG at the beginning of the year. This followed the league’s decision to allow clubs to do so a month prior.

Ilya Bodner, CEO of Bold Penguin, commented: “Like the Pittsburgh Penguins, Bold Penguin is not only fast and efficient but driven by shared values and a culture of winning. Our team is our product and that’s seen through and through with the Pittsburgh Penguins as well.”

The PPG logo will continue to appear on the players’ white helmets for all away games during the 2021-22 regular season and playoffs.
