Pittsburgh Penguins has announced an extension of its partnership with Agway Energy Services following the original collaboration in February 2020.

This deal includes in-arena signage, as well as live commercial reads during all regular-season games, website presence and game tickets.

“The Penguins are thrilled to renew our relationship with Agway Energy for the 2021-22 season,” commented Mark Turley, Senior Director of Partnerships at Pittsburgh Penguins. “Agway has shown a commitment to our community by offering innovative promotions to reward its customers and our fans.

The NHL side has been previously supplying radio exposure to the energy enterprise, alongside ‘unique’ giveaways for local fans. Agway Energy has also been featured in PittsburghPenguins.com email newsletters and on the team’s mobile app.

Nandini Sankara, a Spokesperson for Agway Energy Services, noted: “The Pittsburgh Penguins enter the 2021-22 season with high expectations. We at Agway Energy Services hold ourselves to the same high standards and look forward to serving our customers and local communities in the State of Pennsylvania.

“We are excited to continue our successful partnership with the Penguins on and off the ice for a 3rd straight year and wish them the best of luck.”

Last month, the team secured further sponsorship in announcing Bold Penguin, an insurance technology provider, as its official helmet partner starting from the 2021/22 season.

The Bold Penguin logo is featured on the helmets for all home games during regular season and playoffs. The theme-fitting black and gold logo, which includes a penguin, is located on both sides of each helmet.
