The UEFA European Championships are set to be held on beIN Sports in France over the next four years, beginning with EURO 2024 this summer.

The Qatari sports network will broadcast all 52 games across the tournament in Germany from 14 June to 14 July, as well as 26 games to be exclusively shown on beIN Sports’ channel.

In addition to live coverage, beIN SPORTS will also broadcast daily and exclusive programs around the two competitions – including the beIN BLEUS show which exclusively follows the French team; CLUB EURO and EURO SHOW – hosted by a team of presenters, commentators and recognised experts.

France World Cup winner Marcel Desailly will be a part of beIN Sports’ team this summer for EURO 2024, alongside Sonny Anderson, Daniel Bravo, Omar Da Fonseca and Luis Fernandez.

This latest broadcast deal in France will be of huge significance to beIN Sports and its French audience. France are tipped as one of the favourites to win EURO 2024 and thus will bring much attention from football fans across the country.

Alongside broadcast rights for EURO 2024, beIN Sports also secured rights to showcase EURO 2028 in France.

The 2028 edition of the tournament, held in the UK and Ireland, will more than likely see the France national team be amongst the favourites to win the competition due to a plethora of young players developing in the squad.

Yousef Al-Obaidly, President of beIN SPORTS France, said: “We are delighted to acquire 100% of the rights of EURO 2024 and EURO 2028 and to add these competitions to the exceptional portfolio of rights we offer to our dear subscribers.

“beIN SPORTS has established itself as one of the main broadcasters in France, thanks to premium rights based on rational, disciplined and long-term investments. We are very proud of the growth and success of our activities in France, which testify to our long-term strategy, the work of our employees and our dedication to serving subscribers.

“We are looking forward to a fantastic sporting summer in France.”
