Arsenal Football Club has agreed a new multi-year partnership with global digital business and IT service company NTT Data to become its official digital transformation partner.
The Premier League club will work with NTT Data over the next several years to enhance its connection to Arsenal supporters in the UK and across the world.
NTT Data will supply its digital transformation capabilities by integrating them into Arsenal’s digital platforms to support their growth, improving performance and boosting the digital connection to fans.
Furthermore, NTT DATA will provide data analytics tools, machine learning and real-time integrations, enabling Arsenal to create a “hyper-personalised supporter experience”, delivering tailored content for its communities worldwide.

This is not NTT Data’s first foray in sports as it is the technology partner for major sporting events and leagues across the globe, including The Open Championship and gaining a title sponsorship for the NTT INDYCAR Series.
Through real-time data analysis, AI, digital twin, and Private 5G technologies at these events, the company has brought fans closer to the action of the sporting event, whether from home, online or in stadium.
