German Bundesliga champions, FC Bayern Munich has extended its partnership with worldwide consumer goods manufacturer Procter & Gamble.

The cooperation for Germany, Austria and Switzerland comprises Procter & Gamble’s entire brand portfolio, including Gillette, Braun, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B.

The partnership will also be extended to the FC Bayern Women from the next season onwards, highlighting Procter & Gamble’s brands that are catered for a female demographic.

Bayern München AG marketing director Andreas Jung commented: “We are glad to continue the successful partnership with our strong partners Procter & Gamble and to bring it to another level with the FC Bayern men and women.

“Family is very important to FC Bayern. So we are very glad that besides the brand-specific campaigns, the campaign #FamilienChancen will be continued with the support of FC Bayern.”

Additionally, Procter & Gamble established the initiative #FamilienChancen (Family Chances) with the support of FC Bayern in the 2018/19 season. Procter & Gamble is working to turn the focus to families’ peak performances in everyday life and to help families with their everyday challenges. The cooperation will be extended for this initiative too.

Astrid Teckentrup, Vice President Sales at Procter & Gamble added: “FC Bayern are German record champions for good reasons: everybody in the team works hard every day to achieve peak performances in all competitions. Peak performances are our ambition at Procter & Gamble too. We work every day to improve people’s lives little by little. We’ve already realised some very successful campaigns for our top brands with this joint focus.

“Besides, FC Bayern value social responsibility, just like we do at Procter & Gamble. With #FamilienChancen, we have created a social initiative to actively support families in everyday life. We are especially glad about the extension of our cooperation in this respect.”
