Sports media and TV presenter Laura Woods has joined BetMGM UK as its Brand Ambassador in time for EURO 2024

With the European football competition set to kick off Friday (14 June), Woods will give BetMGM UK customers insight through her weekly blogs, as well as creating social media content on the betting companies platforms and feature in advertising campaigns. 

Woods brings extensive experience from working with a plethora of TV stations and streaming platforms, such as TNT Sports, ITV Sports, Amazon Prime and more. 

BetMGM UK Director, Sam Behar, said: “Laura is the ideal fit for the BetMGM brand as we grow our ambassador network.  

“Her broadcasting career to date has been hugely impressive, entertaining and informing sports fans across the UK week in week out and we’re excited for Laura to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise with our customers.” 

Upon the announcement of Woods joining BetMGM, she has released her first blog as her role as Brand Ambassador. 

Within the blog, Woods spoke on the opportunity of working at EURO 2024 as a Presenter for ITV, as well as sharing her opinions on England’s chances to win the tournament, the role Jude Bellingham will play and which team poses the greatest challenge to England’s chances. 

Woods spoke on her new role at BetMGM, stating: “I’m delighted to be joining BetMGM as the brand’s newest ambassador, particularly ahead of a huge couple of months in the sporting calendar with the Euros starting in just two days’ time, the Olympics weeks away and, of course, the new Premier League season just around the corner.
