Tottenham Hotspur has named BetMGM as the official betting partner for both the men’s and women’s teams, and the official front-of-training wear partner for the men’s team.

Under the three-year agreement, BetMGM will appear on media backdrops and the men’s first team training kit during Premier League, domestic cup and European matches. The sportsbook, operated in the UK on LeoVegas’ platform, will also be featured on pitchside LEDs and big screens at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Additionally, the club will collaborate with BetMGM to offer unique fan experiences through giveaways and partnership events.

Ryan Norys, Chief Revenue Officer at Tottenham Hotspur, said: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with BetMGM. The club and BetMGM’s values align exceptionally well through a competitive spirit, whilst also continuing to strive for greatness.

“BetMGM has demonstrated it is putting its customers first by continuously developing its product offering to fans. Throughout this partnership, we are looking to help BetMGM further establish itself in the UK market, as well as enhancing customers’ knowledge around responsible gambling.”

This deal makes it the sportsbook’s third partnership with a Premier League club in a matter of a week, following similar agreements with Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

In terms of Newcastle and Wolves, clubs that BetMGM sponsored last year, the agreements include exposure at stadiums and promised fan experiences like this partnership.

This deal aligns with the trend of Premier League clubs opting for gambling brand sponsors before the self-imposed ban on front-of-shirt sponsorships takes effect in the 2026/27 season.

However, training kit and sleeve sponsorships are exempt from the ban, suggesting Spurs are taking a cautious approach in preparation for it.

The ban comes as the pressure from intense public and political debate around shirt sponsorships over recent years – which ultimately led to the Premier League’s decision to phase out front-of-shirt deals.

With this in mind, Spurs included in its announcement that responsible gaming is an “important priority” for LeoVegas, and that the group is funding scientific research to address key gaps in the field’s knowledge.

Furthermore, the club also mentioned that LeoVegas provides a range of tools and a dedicated website, LeoSafePlay.com, to ensure players have access to all the information needed to gamble responsibly.

Sam Behar, UK Director of BetMGM, said: “We are very proud to launch this partnership with Spurs as their progressive spirit fully aligns with BetMGM’s ambitions. This is our third Premier League deal in just a week, and we look forward to kicking off this exciting season as we continue to grow BetMGM’s presence in the world of sports.”
