WynnBet makes NFL debut with Detroit Lions sponsorship

WynnBet has further enhanced its sports sponsorship activities, partnering with the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL), in its debut deal with a team from the tournament.

As part of the multi-year partnership, WynnBet will become the official sportsbook and gaming partner of the franchise, whilst also securing the naming rights to the ‘WynnBet Sports Bar’ at Ford Field.’ 

Located near section 222 at the Lions home stadium, the bar will enable fans of the team to access live betting lines and brand ambassadors in addition to refreshments.

Furthermore, WynnBet will also benefit from ‘significant digital and traditional media assets’, specifically securing enhanced visibility on the Lions’ mobile app, social media accounts, pre-season TV broadcasts, regular-season pregame TV programming and in-game radio broadcasts.

In addition to the in-stadium signage and hospitality branding, WynnBet will have ‘a large presence’ outside the Ford Field stadium on football gamedays, offering competitions during the Lions Pride Plaza pre-game festivals.

Lastly, the operator will act as the presenting sponsor of a ‘Free-to-Play’ game via the team’s app, with prizes including trips to the Wynn Las Vegas resort, Lions season and single-game tickets, official team shop credit and free bets via the WynnBET app.

The online betting arm of the aforementioned Wynn Las Vegas gambling group, WynnBet has established a strong foothold in the US sports space over the past year, having partnered with the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
