North American golf fans will now be able to watch LIV Golf tournament coverage in over 2,500 airports due to a non-exclusive deal with ReachTV

Live Friday and non-live LIV Golf tournament coverage will be broadcasted inside airports across North America to give fans more accessibility to watch the sport during travel times.

This is part of ReachTV’s “aggressive expansion” into sports programming which includes a seven-year deal with the NFL, as well as original series surrounding the National Basketball Players Association and more.

Additionally, LIV Golf broadcasts will be available in up to 500,000 hotel rooms across the region, reaching more than 50 million monthly travellers.

“This partnership with ReachTV provides additional opportunities for fans on the move to follow LIV Golf’s supercharged action, including live coverage of Friday competition in bars and restaurants throughout North America,” said Will Staeger, LIV Golf Chief Media Officer.

“Our league is continually looking for innovative ways to connect the sport that we love with new audiences, and this partnership will give travellers more chances to catch many of golf’s biggest stars in action.”

ReachTV will air live Friday coverage of LIV Golf London, which tees off 7 July at 2:00 p.m. BST (9:00 a.m. EDT) in Hertfordshire at Centurion Club – the site of last year’s LIV Golf Invitational Series launch. Non-live coverage of previous LIV Golf tournaments will air on weekdays and during non-tournament weeks.

LIV Golf’s 12-team, 48-player roster of golfers are led by the likes of five-time major champion and 2023 PGA Championship winner Brooks Koepka, reigning Open Champion Cameron Smith, World Golf Hall of Famer and six-time major winner Phil Mickelson, and two-time major winner Dustin Johnson

“Adding LIV Golf programming is another step forward for ReachTV as we work to create the streaming television network of the future,” said Lynnwood Bibbens, ReachTV Founder & CEO.

“Our innovative business model creates more equitable partnerships for our partners and content creators, while serving our audience of travellers with the live sports and premium entertainment they crave.”
