Lionel Messi is capturing the imagination of the US sporting world and is set to continue through an interactive multimedia experience detailing the Argentinian’s journey through football.

Primo Entertainment and Moment Factory will co-produce the immersive experience, ‘The Messi Experience: A Dream Come True’, by providing fans to interact with 10 physical and digital activities from Messi’s childhood in Rosario to his new home currently in Miami.

The Messi Experience will be held in the Coconut Grove at The Hangar from 25 April and plans to expand to other cities across the US.

Other elements of the digital and physical tour will feature a Messi training camp experience, as well as a chance to speak to the World Cup winner through an AI version of himself.

“I am thrilled to be part of this project that allows fans to get closer to my journey on and off the field,” said Messi.

“Throughout my career, I have always strived to inspire and connect with people through my passion for football. This experience will offer a unique opportunity to relive the most memorable moments and feel the emotions shaping my path.”

The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner has proven to be a pivotal acquisition for not just Inter Miami, but for the whole of soccer in the US since his arrival last summer.

The Argentinian has scored 11 goals in 13 appearances so far for Inter Miami and his performances are capturing record attendances and viewing figures. Apple TV – the exclusive broadcaster of the MLS – recently outlined its subscription numbers jumped tenfold since Messi made his debut in the US.

Despite Inter Miami not making this year’s MLS playoffs, Messi has dispelled the notion of him making a special return to FC Barcelona and stated he is committed to his new club and is preparing for pre-season which rolls around next January.

Messi’s time at FC Barcelona, as well as PSG and his heroics in the 2022 FIFA World Cup will all be covered in the new and immersive experience.

David Rosenfled, Co-Founder of Primo Entertainment, said: “We are excited to be a part of such an extraordinary experience. Messi, as a living legend, is a perfect example of how all generations can overcome challenges and succeed.

“This Miami immersive experience will be 75 minutes of inspiration, emotion, entertainment and fun for everyone to enjoy.”
