The Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) has teamed up with sportswear brand Peak Sport to supply uniforms at Olympic events.
Under the eight-year sponsorship agreement, this partnership with Peak Sport is valued at $7.1m. It will provide free uniforms to all National Olympic Committees (NOCs) with six or fewer athletes at future Olympic Games, extending through to 2032.
A total of 72 eligible NOCs will benefit from uniforms for eight key events, including the Olympic Games in Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032. They will also have the opportunity to purchase Peak Sport uniforms at discounted prices for continental and regional competitions.
Robin Mitchell, President of ANOC, commented: “We are delighted to sign this groundbreaking agreement with Peak Sport which will add value to up to 72 of our smallest NOCs across the next eight years.
“ANOC remains steadfast in its desire to support all NOCs and ensure that they have the best opportunity to succeed during Games-time. Providing the selected NOCs with the best quality apparel is a tangible way to contribute to this aim.
“Peak Sport has shown its commitment to the Olympic Movement through signing a long-term deal and I am sure they will prove valuable partners for ANOC and the participating NOCs.”
Additionally, the agreement will provide uniforms for all ANOC staff and 60 Executive Council members at the events mentioned, as well as corporate uniforms for business events and meetings from 2025 to 2028.
Bingrui Wu, Deputy CEO of Peak Sport, stated that the company is proud to become an ANOC Gold Sponsor and to support NOCs and their athletes.
The Deputy CEO mentioned that Peak Sport shares the same values as ANOC and is happy to provide high-quality sportswear to smaller NOCs over the next eight years, helping athletes reach their Olympic goals.
“I look forward to continuing our close collaboration with ANOC and to seeing athletes wearing Peak Sport clothing compete on the Olympic stage,” Wu added.
“We would like to connect with the athletes and collaborate with our research and design professionals to level up our sport kits and strengthen the international communication and cultural understanding between Peak and global sports organisations.
“We have worked with NOCs such as Belgium, Brazil, New Zealand, Slovenia and Romania but now through our partnership with ANOC we will provide more kits to more NOCs. We believe we can coordinate with our Peak international distributors to bring the latest technology to the global sports movement.”
